Summary: The location is absolutely amazing. We have come to Ocean City every year for the past 15 years to visit family and this is by far the best location we have stayed at. There is a unit upstairs that you will most definitely hear throughout your trip but we were very fortunate to have mostly quiet neighbors for our trip (sound machines would possibly help). You also need to bring along ALL of the essentials (which for the price I didn’t expect). I’ve never checked into a rental that didn’t at least have a roll of toilet paper in a bathroom to hold you over until you can get to a grocery store. Just a few things that were a complete oversight on my part that I should have asked prior to our stay that would have made the first day a bit smoother.

Summary: We just returned from John’s property and it exceeded our expectations from the description; quality renovations with new furnishing. This is our first stay “oceanfront” and we’ll be back, amazing view from our deck and living area. With a 2 month old, and 3 year old, it was really convenient to pop back to the house from the beach.

Summary: This property has everything you could ask for. The location was perfect, it was steps away from the beach but away from the hustle and bustle of the Boardwalk. The beach at 26th street had a lifeguard stand which was great for our young children. The views from the kitchen were spectacular and the home was well stocked with cooking equipment. It also had smart TVs in almost every room which the kids really enjoyed.

Summary: We only had 4 guests staying overnight at the house. We stayed at this big house for entertaining family and friends who have places around the area. All of our guests were awed by the location and house. The living and dining areas, including the large deck overlooking the beach are beautifully decorated. The kitchen was stocked for any culinary purposes. Everything we needed for a great experience.

Summary: My extended family take a week in Ocean City every year and we were lucky enough to book this gorgeous property this year. The beach access was amazing having 5 kids and all their gear to tow! Far enough from the boardwalk that it was nice and quiet but close enough that we could hop in the golf cart and do all the boardwalk things. Overall great property, great location & great host.

Summary: We have traveled extensively all over the US and Internationally. This is the worst maintained property we have ever stayed in. The rugs were disgusting, stained and worn - do not let a toddler play on them. There was hair from a prior tenant all over the master bath floor. The chairs and furniture covers were all stained extensively. The washer was almost unusable due to a bad spin cycle. The arm on one of the dining table chairs was falling off. We could go on but in short we would never stay there and there are many better places in OC were the owners maintain and take pride in their property
