Negative: There is a bad smell outside, damp or musty … I presume from the vegetation opposite the house. Not sure anything can be done about it. There are little to no lights at night, it’s pitch dark and made me feel a bit uneasy arriving in the dark. The gate should be remote as I didn’t feel comfortable unlocking it to park inside the premises, so I just left it in the driveway outside, which is not ideal.

Summary: It was functional but it would have been nice to have had at least coffee/tea available and basic toiletries. There
