Located less than 2 miles to gorgeous beaches, this comfortable 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home sits one block away from the Intracoastal and is minutes to downtown Lake Worth Beach, restaurants, Lake Worth Playhouse and Casino.
Just 10 minutes to beautiful downtown Palm Beach including famous Worth Avenue where you will find more restaurants, bars, nightlife museums & shopping. Easy access PBI airport is within 15 minutes, tee off at at one of six Lake Worth Golf Courses or enjoy a night out in downtown West Palm Beach.
Relax with your morning coffee on our private front porch or wind down with a glass of wine in the evenings or in the hot tub after an enjoyable day.
As you enter you will see our open concept living, dining and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with Keurig coffee maker, air fryer and all the necessary pots and pans.
The master includes a king size bed, with ensuite bath & 50 inch flatscreen. The second bedroom includes 2 twin beds & ample closet space. The second bathroom includes a bath rub. Fully equipped laundry room with smart washer & dryer.
The sunroom/game room includes a pull out couch for two additional guests. There is a brand new pool table and game shelf for the kids.
When exiting the sunroom, you will be amazed to find a fabulous fenced in back yard for your pets or children to play. Complete with beautiful patio area with brand new decking and barbecue grill. At night just relax in the Hot Tub or cozy up by the fire pit with solar lighting.
In the garage you will find beach gear including beach chairs and umbrella and hit the ocean blue waves or leisurely bike ride with 2 bikes.

Summary: What a lovely place to stay when relaxing is exactly what you want. The house was very comfortable and the outdoor space was so great! We loved sitting outside in the sun and the shade. We used the fire table in the evening as well as the hot tub. And the days it was cool and windy the sun porch was perfect!

Summary: Nice property. Good for our quick in and out visit to West Palm Beach. Bare minimum kitchen - not the best for ppl who like to cook. Master bathroom sink is too small - we used the second bathroom to brush our teeth and wash our hands and faces. Beds were very comfortable but king bed very noisy when moving. Convenient room with big washer and dryer. Nice backyard and sunroom. Great with a dog.

Summary: We really enjoyed the house and will stay again if we are in the area. It seems like new owners or a new VRBO as it looked freshly remodeled. The house was very clean and the kitchen had all the basic necessities. Neighborhood is historic and very quiet. Also close to some excellent seafood restaurants, which in north florida is few and far between. We did not go to the beach, but it is close. The only issues we had were, all the outside cans were full and very heavy. There was a wheelbarrow with probably 200lbs of blocksand water in it, all of which we had to move to park a second vehicle as there was only parking for one until we moved all these things. My truck took up the entire length of the driveway. Also, the AC kept automatically turning up to 79° making the house extremely warm and would take the entire night to morning to cool down. We just made sure throught the day to check it as It made sleeping with the down comforter unbearable on the first night. The fencing on the west side, if you have pets, keep an eye on them as there is a gap they can get stuck in. And the property manager never replied to my email sent upon arrival asking if there was additional parking. These things are all fixable and I still believe this is a great place to stay.
