Positive: Lovely comfortable clean house, well decorated with modern bathrooms and kitchen set in stunning scenery with walks from the house possible into the rolling countryside. The setting is perfect for using the large hot tub which was kept at a very toasty 39 degrees. We breakfasted in the sunshine around the large patio table and ate dinner round the large circular dining table. The living room is large and has ample seating. The approach road ( lane) is quite winding but easily drivable. Despite its rural setting our local taxi found us no problem and we saw an Asda delivery truck go past us to one of the few other houses down the lane. Kate, the owner, kept us up to date with availability timings, key access, local directions etc and if your lucky she might also leave you a couple of little welcome goodies!😁 Given the slightest excuse we’ll be back👍

Negative: A little far from nearest village/ shops etc. But if you want seclusion, you certainly have it!

Positive: Glorious setting, with nothing to interrupt the sounds of birds and grazing sheep. The house was well-designed and well-equipped. The hot tub would have been a huge plus, but we arrived at very short notice, having had to quit an unsatisfactory B & B, so we’re not equipped.
Summary: Everything we could wish for in an idyllic setting, off the beaten track.

Positive: Excellent Location, facilities and decor. Absolutely spotless in cleanliness. Garden, patio, driveway, extremely well kept and pleasant to be sat outside. Very welcoming hosts and home.
