Positive: Jackie is a natural and friendly host, she showed us round, made it clear she could be contacted at any time, but then left us to it. She'd provided a welcome basket of fruit and biscuits, along with teabags etc, and there were plenty of details about the property and local area for reference. The Byre is extremely clean, comfortable, spacious and well equipped. The outdoor courtyard bordering the garden is a sun trap with a table and chairs and sun chairs. The setting is very rural and tranquil with an abundance of birds and wildlife. Parking is nearby. Owner's cat and dogs are very friendly.

Negative: Nothing. Would definitely recommend.

Positive: Everything! It was perfect in every way. Wonderful location, best comfortable rooms with everything provided. Jackie the host couldn't have been more welcoming and friendly. We even had bottles of Apple Cider, a bowl of sweets, and biscuits waiting for us. The bed was exceptionally comfy . KitKat was very friendly and joined us for a couple of evenings. Lucy and Honey were adorable and playful.

Positive: The warm welcome - from the owner, her two Labrador dogs and a cat. This well-converted cow byre is set in a beautiful rural setting with lots of good walks close by yet the A49, good village shops, a P.O. with its new cafe, and a good pub are not far away, The Byre's accommodation has been tastefully and thoughtfully planned and equipped for guests' comfort and ease.

Negative: That I had to leave? Perhaps the photos could have shown the beautiful Herefordshire landscape and old trees surrounding this small piece of a large old farm estate and not just the accommodation. I feel that the Byre is rather unique somehow so its hidden charms made it all the more special for me.
