If you're looking to get away and not be bored with the family or some friends you found the right house! Book this house and enjoy free paddle boards, kayaks, jon boat, volleyball, water hammocks and a community fire pit. We also have pontoon boat rentals, outdoor gym to private fishing with docks fishing gear and much more! If you've been interested in the popular movement "Tiny Homes" The clubhouse is located in one of the biggest tiny home communities in the nation!

There is two master bedrooms, one with a gorgeous wall to wall lake view! There's a full kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and a dining room that seats 10. The house has three bedrooms two bathrooms two pull out couches. In total sleep up to 7 people.
Most people that book this house are interested in the community and outdoor activities. The house is located in Orlando lakefront one of the biggest tiny home communities in the nation! There is many outdoor activities right in your backyard. Including kayaking, paddle boarding, fishingh, barbecuing or hanging out at the community fire pit and much more! You, your family and friends are going to love this rental! ?
Guests are welcome to use anything inside the house the volleyball court, the fire pit, the kayaks and paddle boards, hammocks in Lake and onshore, the jon boat, fishing docks and fishing gear and outdoor gym.
We'll be happy to help you with whatever you need or if you just want to chat. But we know most people are on vacation and we respect that. We will only stop buy if requested.
The Club House is located in Orlando Lakefront a tiny home community a few miles from downtown Orlando. There are over 30 tiny homes in the community. One of the biggest assets to the community is the lake. With hammocks, a kayak, paddle board and a pontoon boat to rent. The lake is a bird sanctuary... and don't forget the amazing fishing!
No smoking of any kind, there is a $250 fee for smoking.

Summary: We booked this place for our annual family Christmas game night we wanted to do something different this year. Perfect location and the home had games it was the perfect size for our needs. The host was very nice and professional Will definitely book this location again

Summary: This property was perfect for what I needed. We were able to host a reunion with our friends with little to no issue. My only gripe was the bugs that popped up here and there. There were places in the house that I could tell were not cleaned or dusted properly. But other than that, perfect property and a cool location.

Summary: My family thoroughly enjoyed our trip! It was a great location and plenty of room for the 6 of us My boys loved the outdoor space and saw otters in the lake while kayaking. It was about a 35 min trip to disney and 30 to Sanford. We will return.

Summary: Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The lake view was amazing while drinking our coffee in the morning. Despite the busy area, the location was very quiet and peaceful. The layout of the property is unique and worked great for our family. And the kids enjoyed the yard and the ping pong table. Can't wait to visit again. And Adam & Rich were great at communication as well. Very attentive and responsive. Just a great experience all the way around.

Summary: Property manager very responsive even with a stove issue as I was cooking breakfast. There are magnetic pans needed for stove the non magnetic should be removed. Very clean & enjoyable for family fun! Ping pong table area needs a little work as well as the back area could be cleaned up better upon arrival but other than that it was just what we were looking for a getaway from Orlando hustle bustle to enjoy family time. Grills right down the street was a perfect restaurant to enjoy as well. Very close.
