Positive: We had an amazing stay at Oscar Suites & Village! We stayed in the newer section of the hotel, which is only about two years old. Everything was modern, beautifully renovated, spotless, and very comfortable. The location is perfect, with plenty of excellent restaurants and cafés just a short walk away. But what truly made our vacation unforgettable was the staff. Every single member of the team was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their genuine hospitality turned a great vacation into an exceptional one. Before booking, I hesitated between several hotels, and I couldn't be happier that we chose Oscar. The staff made all the difference, and they transformed our experience from great to absolutely amazing. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Crete!

Negative: Honestly, there was nothing we didn't like. Everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms, the location, the cleanliness, and especially the staff were all exceptional. We wouldn't change a thing, and we truly had a perfect stay.

Positive: The property was very nice and was exactly as advertised. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the beds were very comfortable. The showers were great with lots of water pressure. The breakfast had many good options. I also appreciate the hospitality from Michael. He was great, and we wish we had a chance to talk with him more. The rest of the staff were very nice.

Negative: There were a couple of things that would make the stay better. 1- The poll closes at 7pm. When I asked why, I feel like I got a bunch of excuses that did not make sense. There is no lifeguard at that time. Really, its greece. Where is there a lifeguard? I hiked the Samaria Gorge, and it would have been nice to come back and relax at the pool. 2- They need to buy some umbrellas for the breakfast area. You come out for breakfast, and the tables in the shade are taken, and then there are 5 tables sitting in the hot sun that no one can sit at. It seems like an easy fix to the situation. 3- When there is a kitchen, there should always be dish soap, a sponge, and a kitchen towel. Am I supposed to wash my dishes with my bath towel?

Summary: Great place, nice people, a few small additional would make this perfect.

Positive: Exceptionally friendly staff; from receptions, through cleaners to restaurant :) Food at Valentino restaurant is just WOW!

Negative: Not really 'dislike' but we were surprised that with half board option the water during dinner is not free of charge.

Positive: The hotel is quite new and the stuff it's amazing. They have a really nice garden, two clean pools. The breakfast was pretty good with many things to choose. Room was clean. The stuff was amazing and wants to help.

Negative: The neighborhoods was very loudly, maybe the walls are not isolated phonic.
