Positive: If you are looking for a perfect location to go around visiting top attractions in Crete, and you don’t want to spend a lot of time driving, this is the right stay. Safe parking available. Cleaning is on point. Waking up and having your coffee on the balcony having a view at the sea, priceless. Property is right on the beach side, free sun beds available if you want to have a chill day just in front of your accommodation. If you’re looking for beach bars, plenty of options available nearby, just a short walk. Perfect host, Dimitris has plenty of recommendations for hidden gems and great food. Definitely a great value for the money!

Positive: Wonderful Stay by the Beach! 🏖️ I had a very lovely experience at Aetheras. The location is perfect - right by the beach. The area though very central, is actually very quiet, peaceful, and clean. Everything you need is within walking distance: the Atlas supermarket, bus stop, and other conveniences are just across the street. The host was absolutely fantastic - very kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. His hospitality, helpful tips and complementary daily freshly squeezed orange juice made the stay feel warm and personal. The room itself was fresh, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. The WiFi was of high quality with good signal in the room and even on the beach. Beds were soft and comfortable. Room cleaning was performed daily. It was possible to borrow sunbeds from the property free of charge. The property is reasonably priced, especially given the prime location, the quality of services and that it was in the middle of high season. It’s one of those rare places that balances charm and convenience perfectly. I highly recommend Aetheras as a relaxing beach getaway - and I’ll definitely be returning!

Positive: The property was well situated by the beach, was very well Equipped, very clean and tidy, with wonderful views of the sea and nearby Island. We loved it.
Negative: There was nothing we didn’t like.

Positive: Even though we chose the room with a garden view, I really appreciated the terrace with a sea view where we could have breakfast. I also liked that the accommodation is close to the sea and beach, which wasn’t crowded like other places. Dimitris is a very welcoming host. He provided us with details and a list on WhatsApp of places to visit and recommended restaurants. He was very prompt in answering any questions we had. The room was cleaned regularly, and we received fresh towels every other day. If I take another vacation in Crete, I will definitely choose this accommodation again. ❤️

Positive: Location was fantastic. On the beach, close to all shops including supermarkets and bus stop. Service from staff, fantastic. Dimitris was amazing. I totally understand all the previous reviews. Nothing was too much trouble. Gave us recommendations, with full details how to get there etc. Everything he did was with a smile on his face and always willing to help.

Negative: Location (average beach out the front and worn out graffiti buildings out the back). Beachside the bar / pool chairs are not operational and the whole area is a mess. Having stayed at beautiful cheaper properties 500m away this is not good value.

Positive: Highly recommend. The owner is very friendly, always happy to help. He did everything to make our stay pleasant ( like freshly squeezed orange juice from the house). The location is great, right on the beach. Sunbeds are also available. The rooms are far enough from the main street meaning that there is no issue with the noise.
