Positive: Julley, My stay at Otsal Villa for 5 Days was a wonderful experience. It truly feels like a home, providing a peaceful and perfect environment to acclimatise to the altitude of Leh. The location is unbeatable—just a short 5-minute walk to the main market, yet quiet enough to enjoy the stunning views of the snow-capped mountains. A huge plus is their Innova car, which made booking trips around Leh completely effortless. The food was delicious, clearly prepared with love and care at every meal. I feel blessed to have found this place Lovely rooms with shiny washrooms :) I feel blessed to have found this place.

Negative: I don't have any complaints. Everything is Fine. At this price ratio, the rooms are great to stay in, and the food is also good.

Summary: A truly blessed stay in a peaceful home with wonderful food and hospitality.

Positive: The room was very good and clean with a very pretty view of the mountains and monastery. The washroom was also spacious and clean. Not being close to the center there were many birds around us and their chirping was something I haven't heard in years. And the family maintaining the place is very nice; we brought our own supplies for the night and mr tundup very nice person the property owner he showed us leh and shey at a very reasonable cost in his own taxi and even dropped us to baltal (amarnath yatra base camp) at a good cost and he cooks very good mutton.

Negative: This may differ for everyone as I sleep on hard work the bed cushions were very soft for me. I think they should add some options for ...... You know soft and not so soft.
