Upon your arrival, you’ll be swept away by the exceptional views as you enter this gorgeous Finger Lakes retreat. Nestled amidst 5 acres, this 1,325-square-foot home is the perfect family getaway!
If you can’t keep your eyes off the views, step to the front deck for some cocktails and appetizers as you put your mind at ease. Be sure to pick up a favorite vintage from one of the many wineries in the area to enjoy as you take in the beautiful lake views.
Inside, you’ll find hardwood floors, wide windows, and cozy furnishings. For some downtime, curl up on the plush couches in the living room with some hot cocoa as a favorite movie plays on the Smart TV.
When hunger strikes, the fully equipped kitchen and dining area leads freely over from the living room. Whip up dinner while the rest of the family pulls up to the dining table in preparation of a homemade feast.

Summary: Spacious, clean and private solid brick house! We enjoyed using the small, well equipped kitchen for some of our meals. The king bed was very comfortable and fresh smelling. Full bathroom was very roomy. Lake view is partial and a campground lies between house and the lake. Deck does afford a lake view, if you enjoy eating, relaxing outdoors. Hosts were helpful.

Summary: Nice and roomy home with a great deck overlooking the Lake. You feel relaxed as soon as you walk in the door. Close to downtown Ovid where you can find everything you need, tons of vineyards and restaurants. We had a fun stay!

Summary: The home was exactly as described. The porch overlooked the lake from a distance. The home sat on a very large lot and had lots of privacy. Inside, we had everything we needed. It was perfect for the two of us, but could easily accomodate 2 extra people. The owners were lovely, and welcomed us with a loaf of camp cake, which we enjoyed throughout the week.We were minutes away from 3 different wineries, and within 30 minutes of Watkins Glen, Ithaca and Geneva. All in all, a lovely experience and I would definitely stay there again for future trips to the area.

Summary: This was perfect for our needs. I had everything we needed. The kids spent a lot of time in the pool which was an added bonus. Easy to rent, owners were easy to get a hold of and very accommodating. Great experience all around.

Summary: The house is beautifully seated on a hill overlooking Cayuga lake. Amazing views. The house suited all of our needs. Spacious living room, dinning area and kitchen, nice bedrooms with comfortable beds. Full bathroom is huge - the only recommendation would be to have grab bars installed in the shower for safety. We also enjoyed a few of the winery’s along the Cayuga wine trail. And our main reason for visiting was going to The Mary go Round theater in Auburn to watch “Newsies”. Amazing performance!!

Summary: We stayed here to be centrally located to the wineries. The house was updated and very clean. The beds are more comfortable than most hotel room beds. It was fully stocked with kitchen supplies, linens, towels, etc. The area is very quiet. We will definitely stay here again!
