Positive: The location was okay, but I was very disappointed that we were not told or notified that it was across the street from a prison.
Negative: The kitchen was very scantily furnished. Very disappointing. There were barely the basic necessities. This kitchen needs to be stocked properly.
Summary: Owners need to put a little time into stocking the kitchen with proper cooking supplies.

Positive: It's an older charming house with modern upgrades. I loved the yard and the curb appeal. The kitchen is spacious. Not an open concept but room enough to stretch out. Lots of natural lighting and hardwood flooring. The positive sayings scattered all over the house gave it a home-like feel. Little things like bed and bath linen, extra blankets, toiletries, coffee, paper goods even snacks made us feel welcomed. Free wifi and cable. Keyless entry...NICE!!! Not far from small shopping and food was delivered!!! I would come back!!!!!
Negative: *The refrigerator wasn't cold. We had to put milk and water in the freezer. *The bathroom needs support bars inside of the shower and a non slip material put in the tub. *2.5 bathrooms needed if you are sleeping 8 ppl. *The toilet paper holder should be placed by the door closer to the toilet. *The fan in the bathroom needs repair. *The decor needs updating mainly the window dressings. Black out and sound proof drapes in the front bedroom would help block the sound of the traffic. *The electrical power needs upgrading to support all of the a/c on the 2nd floor. *The last step from the back porch needs repair. No light into the yard.
