Our family welcomes you to share in our lifelong dream to enjoy our piece of Heaven. We treat all of our guests like family and we strive to earn your rave reviews after every visit. "Bella Vista" is a nod to our family's Italian heritage. Meaning "Beautiful View" There is no simpler way to begin to describe the allure of this piece of heaven. The entrancing views from the front porch will not disappoint even the most discerning traveler. With the ever-changing colors of the water, the gentle lapping of the water just steps from your front door, and the occasional rainbow stretching across the sky, Bella Vista certainly earns her name.
We have enjoyed 6 years of hosting and have been blessed with a loyal family of guests since the beginning. Bella Vista's popularity has grown thanks to our guests and the wonderful comments made about their experience. If your dates are not available, please check out our sister property; Bella Vista Breeze, which is just 3 doors down!! We want everyone to enjoy the wonders of Exuma. With 2 properties of our own and our network of friends within the resort offering a wide array of other villas to choose from, we can certainly find the perfect accommodations for you, your family, extended family, and all of your friends. Please feel free to ask!!
We welcome both short and long term rentals. For rentals over 2 weeks in length, we will hold a $500 security deposit that will be returned within one week of the end of your rental.
Bella Vista is thrilled to be part of the Guest Services Program at The Hideaways at Palm Bay Beach Club. Being a part of this program is what separates Bella Vista from some other properties. Our guests have complete access to the Pool, Fitness Center, all Watersports, Shuttle service into George Town, the brand new Hospitality Suite, and the concierge services of the front desk. Not all properties are the same, underpriced properties do not give you access to anything the resort has to offer. Be sure to ask all hosts in The Hideaways at the Palm Bay Beach Club if their guests have complete access to the amenities. If you are going to stay in a resort, you should enjoy the resort!
We believe your vacation begins the moment you begin planning. We are here to help as much or as little as you'd like. We have made all the mistakes and we have discovered all the hidden gems throughout the island. The large (almost 700 Sq Ft) unit provides ample space for up to 4 people with a King-sized Master bed, a queen-size Murphy Bed, a fully stocked kitchen, a washer & dryer, and our comfy lounge chairs to soak up the sunrise each morning. Thanks to a network of friends within the resort, if you are traveling with an extended family, we can also help find other accommodations for the rest of your party. Just feel free to ask us to help.
Palm Bay Beach Club is perfectly located right between Jolly Hall Beach and The Famous Fish Fry; all within walking distance of the unit. Convenience abounds for all guests with an on-sight restaurant - "Splash" and Rental Car facilities located right across the street.

Summary: Our stay at this Vrbo rental in Exuma was absolutely fantastic! The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed, making our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. The direct view from the condo was breathtaking—we loved waking up to the stunning ocean scenery every day.The host was responsive and helpful, making check-in and our entire stay seamless. Summary: This was our second stay and as magical as the first. Michael and Roseann were great to work with as always, good communication, provided resources and recommendations etc. Check in and check out were quick and smooth. The space was clean and had everything we needed. The area is beautiful and it was a glorious vacation, we’re looking forward to getting to visit again.

Summary: Our first trip to Exuma was especially rewarding! Amazing owners (Michael and Roseann) responded to all pre-trip questions and checked back with us asking if we had additional concerns. Michael and Roseann are passionate to ensuring a beautiful stay for their guests. We were blessed to meet them both and spend quality time together as they were enjoying a well-deserved break at their second location. Michael and Roseann went out of their way to pick up a surprise birthday cake, so it was in our unit upon our arrival, and they included us in an adventure! They are genuinely fantastic people! The amazing property manager flawlessly picked up groceries for our arrival and stopped by to say hello later in the week. The home is spotless and well stocked with everything I needed to prepare meals and to stay comfortable and relaxed. The location – well, it couldn’t be more perfect. Just feet away from the water, stunning views each morning with our coffee, a short walk to Jolly Hall and August Bay and convenient Splash amenities. Centrally located on the island allowed for short drives to George Town and pleasant drives to both ends of the island/Little Exuma. We will be back!!
