Summary: I stay 4 times a year for work, nice and convenient hotel for me. The rooms are nice, could do with more attention to detail in cleaning, found a champagne cork beside the curtains and loads of dust… the room I was in had the air conditioner below the window which is pointless as when you shut the curtains to sleep the air doesn’t come into the room.

Summary: The hotel was very well presented and clean, staff were all very friendly. Accommodation was comfortable and the facilities were modern and well designed. The beds were comfortable, however some of the pillows were not firm enough for our liking. It was also a shame that there was no mini fridge in the room to keep drinks cool. The pool, sauna and gym area were great, but it was disappointing that half the pool was closed off due to children's swimming lessons - not something I would expect in a spa hotel and an inconvenience to paying customers. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but feel these details could make it even better.

Summary: Average hotel, would’ve been lovely 30 years ago. A bit dated and staff not very professional but it’s clean and basic.

Summary: Lovely hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful - told us what times the spa and restaurant will be more busy and the best time to go. Steam room wasn't working unfortunately. Restaurant food was nice and buffet food was standard. Was good that vegan alternative milk was available too.

Summary: Overnight stay to celebrate our first anniversary at nearby Le Manoir. Check in/out was fine, room very clean and great size. Used the bar for a pre dinner drink, couldn't get our original choice as key ingredient missing (staff very apologetic). Didn't use any of the other facilities - spa (unable to get a joint session)/pool (lifeguard training on Fri morning). Staff very polite and helpful

Summary: Shower was fab. Bathroom door did have a problem with staying closed without giving it a big bang. And a drawer in the room on the tv stand kept opening of its own accord. These faults were minor though and would have given 5 stars if not for this. Really enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Dinner menu choices not so good for a vegetarian who doesn’t eat mushrooms. Staff were all helpful. Overall a very enjoyable stay and would thoroughly recommend the hotel. Also conveniently located only a short drive away from the park and ride to Oxford, much easier and cheaper than parking in the city.
