Positive: Loved our stay at Greenporter Hotel. It was a last-minute booking for a long weekend exploring North Fork, and we couldn't have found a nicer spot for the price. The rooms have been simply but nicely updated from the old motel. The mattress was really comfortable. There's wonderful Grown Alchemist products in the bathroom that smell divine. It was too cold for a dip in the (smallish) pool, but we enjoyed sitting by the fire pit in the evening. Would stay here again.
Negative: No complaints.

Positive: From the moment we arrived, all staff was welcoming and friendly.. the pool, coffee shop, and bar are very conveniently located. Very nice ambiance and location for a quick getaway.. 👌

Positive: Though an old style motel it has been updated and is stylish with a nice restaurant/bar on the grounds. Has a nice location and friendly staff.
Negative: We were originally told they would try to get us in our room earlier, but I think the ball was dropped and it didn't get communicated during a shift change, but it didn't end up impacting our stay.
Summary: Updated 60's style motel with friendly young staff.
