Summary: Location is very nice with a unique beach, nice outdoor hot tub and large indoor pool. The gym and indoor pool are nice but wasn’t open in the mornings not until 8:30 for some reason so couldn’t do my morning routine. Also, the restaurant doesn’t serve breakfast so we couldn’t eat anything until lunch time, huge issue. We stayed in the 700 series apartments on the ground floor and it was quite nice, had everything. Beds weren’t the best; sofa bed needs full replacement, and I’d recommend bringing your own pillow unless you want a sore neck. Sleeping felt like a 3 star hotel. We would stay again with carefully planned days and bringing our own groceries but the hotel should open the facilities for normal person timeframes and have at least some option for breakfasts.

Summary: Great service both at the front desk and restaurant. Very relaxing & quiet location. Enjoyed the shoreline walk....waterfall was pretty. Only missed bottled water in one of our rooms and real cream for morning coffee.

Summary: Mediocre service, dated/broken furnishings in room, nice location but limited ocean access and felt like we were an inconvenience to local residents. Good base location for day trips.

Summary: Resort was clean, quiet. Front desk staff were not knowledgeable about the resort or what was happening day to day. After a long day of hiking, we came back to find out the only restaurant at the resort was closed for a private event. No warning of this earlier the day.

Summary: We didn’t like the fact the front desk staff on check in were not particularly friendly ….. not one smile! They advertised dog friendly, at a cost of $10.00 but actually charged us $20.00. The room decor was poor, minimal at best. There was no soap or shampoo in the room. There was no remote for the TV 📺. All in all not impressed and doubtful we will book there again. The property was nice and looked after.
