Positive: Location was great! Close to some of the temples and a lot of restaurants. Mae was very helpful in providing recommendations of places to eat and see and helping us get a rental bike. She provided whatever we needed and checked in on us on a daily basis.
Summary: It was awesome! Room was clean and would definitely recommend.

Negative: The service is really unprofessional. :( They added my WhatsApp and sent me a loooot of information without having my permission. They asked me checking out time at 7:30am by sending messages. They will charge cash or credit card with commission when you check in. And if you haven't, they will not allow you check in. They might will change to a three bed standard room without asking your idea,even though you booked luxury one bed room. The room is at 3rd floor without elevator, no body will touch your luggage. Don't forget, If you checked out, no service of washroom.

Positive: Everything was perfect! The hotel was lovely and clean and lovely decorated! We stayed there for five days and people there were just amazing. They helped us so much and went out of their way to help us, with anything we asked. Very very kind! They gave us so much more info about things to do... even better info than the travel agencies could have given! Definitely recommend it, for your stay. We are going back next year for sure!
