Positive: Best Birthday Celebration. A highly recommended hotel if you are planning to visit Fujairah. The Hotel is beautiful and is beach front. We had a beautiful time during our stay in this hotel as when we arrived the Valet are so welcoming as soon as we came down the Car. Helped us with the luggage and brought us to the front desk. Rosell was amazing and made our check in so smoothly. They offered us welcome towels and drinks too! Rosell assisted us to our room and wished me a happy birthday as soon as she saw our booking. She also assisted us to the lifts and offered to bring us to the room. I don’t remember when was the last time I had such kind of experience. So professional and very detailed. Our room was set up so beautifully and I was so happy to see a Happy Birthday setup done by the Housekeeping team. I wish I met the housekeeper that made all these! A moment made into a memory! Kudos to the housekeeper! We enjoyed the pool and had a great time at the beach! Enjoyed the happy hour and met Ismail and Nandana. The team was so lovely and they took care of us so well. Cocktails are yummy! Can’t remember how many we had! They Helped with our towels and always greets us every time we are around as we stayed for a couple of days. These people are amazing! Our breakfast was lovely with amazing food and Htet welcomes us so warmly and got the best service from Thelma everytime we come for breakfast. Brings our preferred coffee and eggs, I was impressed that she has remembered them since day one. Amazing and lovely stay overall! We will definitely go back to this beautiful hotel. The staff are so friendly and the service is impeccable!!!!

Positive: The location of the hotel is excellent. The staff are cooperative and the reception is nice, and I hope it will be at the same level
Negative: The staff are friendly and the reception area is lovely. However, you must inform tourists not to sleep on the lobby chairs, and employees must tidy the lobby area in the morning. There is also an inappropriate view when tourists wearing bathing suits enter the lobby area. They must have another way out. Breakfast is nice, but I would like to diversify the meals more. As well as increasing the types of sweets in the lobby coffee
