Positive: Collecting the keys process was very smooth. Collecting the AED 2000 deposit was very quick as well after inspecting the property. The staff were kind and responded quickly to our issues and solved it instantly. They are available to respond 24/7. The property was amazing and the view was breathtaking. I will definitely visit again.
Negative: The only issue we faced was the A/c problem. One room A/c was suddenly off at night while I was sleeping, the switch in the DP was tripped. Other room A/c was totally stuck and not working. It was very hot. However, they fixed it at the same day although it took them hours to replace the whole piece.
Summary: Splendid! Exceptional! Amazing!
