Positive: 1. the staff (Patrick is an absolutely amazing guy!) 10/10 2. the room itself is quite big, it's a tad bit dirty but besides for that it's quite nice! 3. Gas Station right across the street, perfect in my option for being able to get food and whatever else you need. 4. the room prices are unbeat for surrounding areas from what I can tell. you get what you pay for and i don't mind paying for this. bang for your buck honestly.

Negative: 1. as a person who lives not a far amount of distance from estill i can say from experience that estill isn't the greatest place to stay, but it's not bad unless you make it bad. 2. there really isn't much to complain about, it's like pretty much any other motel, just cheaper. you get what you pay for.
