Positive: Location is alright, well connected to the center through line 2 of the metro and tramway lines. Common parts are well-equipped.

Negative: Mattress was as thin as can be, maybe an hand's length-thick, thus particularly uncomfortable. Heating wasn't turned on beforehands and, as such, room temperature was at 13°C when I arrived. Someone also entered my room in my absence to turn heating off (although I only kept it at the bare minimum). Appliances and utilities were rusty, esp. in the bathroom, and would need to be updated.

Positive: It's very clean and practical. The view is the number one asset

Negative: Maybe the general taste of decoration. A lack of charm. But it's very secundary. It's doing the job and I would recommand this place anyway.

Positive: The host(s) was very friendly and responsive. The rooms were comfortable and served their purpose well. Very spacious rooms. The place felt safe even as a young, solo, female traveller. The bathrooms were always clean and stocked.

Negative: It is a bit far from the heart of the city
