Positive: Friendly staff. Very good, fresh cooked breakfast. Spacious room.

Negative: Set in a dense garden. On one hand the garden is nice, but it does block the sun and probably attracts mosquitos. Lots of people would love the garden. Rooms are dated. They are clean and well equipped, but could do with a refresh.
