Positive: It's a cozy home, very comfortable, with all kind of convenient things you might need during your stay. Huge comfortable bed, beach towels, large working desk, furnished balcony. Perfectly equipped kitchen, washing machine, etc. It's made like the hosts would like to live there themselves. It's an apartment complex with 24h security at the entrance. Inner yard and mountain landscape view. Rooftop pool with the sea view (nice shared space). Convenient location - Beach nearby with a public entrance to it. - Chedraui and convenient stores nearby, Walmart walking distance. - 10 peso buses run to the downtown all the time. Bus stop near Chedraui. On the way back you may ask if a bus goes to Walmart (it's your direction). - Quick taxi drive from/to the airport. Trevor, the host was very helpful and always in touch. Highly recommended.

Positive: This property has EVERYTHING! If this is available for your dates do not hesitate and book it! You will not be disappointed! It is exactly as pictured. Very comfortable bed, good wifi, well laid out. Our family that were in PV for the winter were jealous of what we booked when they saw it! The decor is tasteful and stylish. The owner has put a lot of thought into making your stay stress free by thinking of all the little details for you….spices and condiments are already there! There was even beer and wine in the fridge when we arrived with a little note to replace for the next tenant! Brilliant! We loved watching cruise ships pull in and out of port from the rooftop pool. We even spotted whales playing in the bay from there. The owner sends an easy to use electronic guide with drop down menus and helpful links. Response time for any questions we had was within seconds! Amazing! The property is easy to find and checkin was exactly as described in the confirmation package.Just a block off the main highway with a Chedraui grocery store across the road. After a long flight it is a pleasure to just have a 15 min drive (or less) to this fabulous condo.

Positive: The condo is big, comfortable, clean, and has all the amenities! There was a great business work station with a printer and 2 computer screens and easy to access wifi. washer/dryer and plenty of towels, including beach towels. There were beach chairs, a beach wagon and cooler that made life so much easier & the beach more enjoyable! The king size bed is comfortable. There was a relaxing waterfall shower with a separate detachable shower head making bathing a little kid easy. There was a special built in filtration system that allows us to use the refrigerator ice and drink from the filtered tap safely- a delightful and much appreciated surprise! The rooftop pool was comfortable with stunning views. It is in a gated community with security 24/7, whom also make rounds, making it feel safe. The location is walkable to the cruise ship harbor and grocery store and nice walk to the hotel zone or an easy uber to the Romantica Zona. The owner was highly responsive, communicative, and friendly. We much enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!
Negative: It is in a busier part of town with construction going on but it'll be done at some point and wasn't bothersome or a deterrent for us.
