Welcome to your favorite vacation get-away from now on! Our Peninsula Vallarta condo in Puerto Vallarta commands breath-taking views of each and every amazing sunset over the Bay of Banderas, the amazing Sierra Madre mountains, the lights and rhythm of downtown's Malecon board walk, as well as the nightly fireworks and the beautifully lighted infinity pool and beach 8 floors below.
The Peninsula Plaza a short walk from the lobby provides a Starbucks, restaurants, banks, entertainment and shopping. Right across the river from the Plaza is La Isla: a beautiful brand new luxury outdoor mall with everything!
Our favorite activities:
* A morning walk 2 miles along the beach to the Malecon stopping for breakfast at our favorite restaurant on the beach, shop shop shop, and take a $5 taxi ride with all your bags!!
* Throwing a towel on the oversized round lounge chair under an umbrella by the infinity pool and reading books while listening to your iPod and sipping on your drink.
* Swimming in the ocean and resting on the beach.
Enjoy the fabulous view upon entering the open space living area (living/kitchen/dining/patio) facing the ocean and downtown. Luxury amenities include air conditioning, overhead fans in the dining room and each bedroom, 2 large flat screen LCD televisions with DVD players and 70 channel cable, DSL Wi-Fi, Vonage telephone with 3 wireless phones with free calls to all of USA plus more than 60 other countries. The kitchen is fully equipped with Microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, blender, coffee maker and toaster.
Our bedrooms:
* Wake up in the master bedroom's king size bed to an amazing view of the Sierra Madre mountains at sunrise and look out to the bay and downtown. Step out through either glass door onto the patio and soak in the sun. There are chairs and a coffee table in front of the large television with DVD. There is a generous walk-in closet. The master bath has a marble counter with two sinks and both a jet Jacuzzi with hand shower and a glass shower with rain shower head.
* The second master bedroom has a king size bed with a view of the mountains and a glass door to the patio which goes around the building toward the bay. There are two chairs and a coffee table and a chest of drawers and closet space. The private bathroom includes a shower and sink with marble countertop.
* The third bedroom has two double size beds, 2 matching chests of drawers, and a view to the bay and downtown. The bathroom has a sink and shower as well as a closet with extra drawers.
* The fourth bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and built in closet and chest of drawers with the half bath next door.
The building also includes a grand 2 story entrance lobby with designer furniture, covered parking, 24 hour security, a business center with Wi-Fi and computers for your use (we do have excellent Wi-Fi in the condo, of course), a huge infinity swimming pool with a view of the sunset, stairs to the beach with rinse-off shower, and, a deluxe movie theater and fantastic restaurants in the La Isla Shopping Mall just next door.
Our property manager will greet you in the lobby, orient you, provide instructions for using equipment, and can help arrange optional cleaning services, groceries, and cooking services. Children are welcome! No smoking and pets please. No guests allowed.
Note: 8th floor is actually at 10th floor level because of the lobby and mezzanine levels below the 1st floor. The A condos of tower 3 are the only Peninsula condos with views toward downtown not blocked by other Peninsula buildings, and the height is perfect!

Summary: Our family really enjoyed staying at this property. The property manager was very responsive. Prior to coming, there was excellent communication and I was able to give a short grocery list to have food and drinks in the place prior to arrival since we got in late at night. The location is perfect and central to most activities. The pool and beach were great for the kids.

Summary: We spent a week here in June. If you are staying in the hotel zone, this is a premier property. Of the 3 peninsula towers, this has the best location as it has unobstructed ocean views as well as city views. The pictures are accurate and the property is secure and well maintained. We had an issue with one of the AC units, sent a text, it was fixed the next day. Many restaurants within walking distance and we tried someplace new every night. There is a club next door playing loud music on weekends till 9 pm, but we chose to go to dinner late and it was not a major issue for us. We recommend you stay here.

Summary: Very clean and well appointed condo. The 4 bedrooms and bathrooms made for a very low stress family visit. Building has excellent security so you always feel very safe. They also provide beach towels which is a huge help. Wonderful property manager is very helpful.

Summary: The location was excellent. Oswaldo met us on arrival and was very helpful he set up all our devices on the WiFi and gave us a full orientation on the property. All of the communication from Christopher was answered immediately ,great guy to book with. My family had all seen pictures of this property but were blown away by how much more spectacular it was in person. there is lots of great restaurants nearby and the grocery store is three blocks away, the beach and the pool are one of the nicest in Vallarta .There is nothing you need here other than more time ...Great Condo ...we will be back

Summary: We loved this property. We stayed with our two adult kids and their spouses and the space worked beautifully. Loved that the windows opened up all the way but at night you can have the air on to sleep well. The views off the front deck kept us very entertained over morning coffee, watching people walking up and down the beach and enjoying the waves. The check in process and constant touch base by text messaging was very appreciated. Food is easy to find at nearby grocery stores and there's lots of restaurants nearby, saving you an UBER trip downtown, although we did that a lot too. Very safe and secure location with good security. There's pool service for snacks and drinks or you can wander the beach. The pool is outstanding and although we didn't have little ones with us, we could see it's an excellent arrangement for younger families too (very large shallow wading pools). Overall this was a well appointed property in a fantastic location, not too high on the 8th floor. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and it was the best we've had so far in Puerto Vallarta.

Summary: Condo was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Really enjoyed the open balcony and sunsets. Weather was not the best while we were there but that was no fault of the condos. Music from the club did get loud and we had to close everything up if we stayed in and even with it closed up, it was loud. We knew about the club ahead of time but it still got a little annoying since it started so early in the day. Again not a fault of the condo. Our return flight was pushed back until 10:00pm so we reached out to see about a later check out and we’re so pleased that no other renters were coming in and we were able to stay until the evening. So grateful for that accommodation:) Overall, our PV Family Vacation was one for the books!

Summary: This condo was AMAZING! If we can manage it again, we will rent this unit again and again. The caveat about us managing it has to do with being able to work around everyone's work/school schedule. The VRBO write-up made it sound really great and it exceeded the write-up in every way. We (my wife and I) wanted to provide a nice beach experience for our daughter, son-in-law and their three sons. We (all seven of us) had a most excellent beach, pool, and ocean view experience. We also appreciated the security, and the support from the reception and maintenance staff.

Summary: This was a condo with the very best views imaginable - ocean, mountain and city views. Oswaldo, the property manager was friendly and communicated regularly - almost every day he checked in. Maid service was excellent. Chris, the owner, was friendly and responded quickly to any questions we had. The only downside was something the owner and manager could do nothing about -- next door was a night club which played way too loud music every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 1 to 9 pm. We had to play our own music very loud to distract us or move away from the night club. We understand the home owners association had approached the club many times to turn down their music, but with no positive results.
