Positive: The amenities were nice and clean. The Resort is close to town and neaches. The staff were excellent. We arrived late due to Qantas troubles and the Manager had arranged sandwiches for out room. . a nice touch.

Negative: The only thing was we had thought we had booked two beds in our room rather than one large bed. The bed was spacious and comfortable but it's our preference to have two beds.

Summary: Nice and relaxing. The Restaurent and dinner show was excellent.

Positive: The staff were very friendly and very helpful, the location was excellent, a short walk from the town centre, and close to other restaurants and sight seeing locations … the rooms a very good size with sitting room inside and also a lovely verandah with an outdoor setting to relax on ..and a beautiful large pool. There were tea and coffee facilities a small bar fridge and microwave in the rooms. Rooms were serviced daily. The gardens around the hotel were beautiful and relaxing. There was a restaurant in the hotel and function rooms where tour operators held some very entertaining functions with catering done by the hotel. Thankyou for a very pleasant stay

Positive: Great location and comfortable rooms. We had a lovely welcome from Tarni at reception.

Negative: The staff who serviced our room didn’t clean our cups and glasses. One wine glass was even tipped upside down on the tray (as if ready for re-use) and still had remnants of wine in it!
