Positive: The room was spacious and clean, even though it was only a single. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect for my stay.

Negative: My room was on the ground floor with a view out onto the courtyard. There were only roller blinds for privacy, which meant the room was either dark when blinds were down in daytime or people could see into the room if the blinds were up. A very minor point though!
