2 Bedroom House in South Perth

Available for short term (min 2 weeks) and longer stays or upon request. All the mod cons, electric blinds, electric drawers, coffee machine, 50 " wall mounted TV with sound surround DVD player. Two large outdoor entertaining areas, upstairs balcony with views to the river and parklands, downstairs covered deck with BBQ and outdoor table and lounging chairs. All overlooking the fabulous Sir James Mitchell park and Swan river where the swans and native birdlife live.
Two upstairs bathrooms and an additional powder room downstairs for guests. Modern kitchen, island bench, Miele appliances and scullery/laundry. The living area has a study nook with internet and ample desk space for the business person. Both upstairs and downstairs overlook the green parklands and lake views. Two bedrooms with a spare middle room for additional guests or an additional small living area for quiet TV viewing. All rooms have views and access to the deck or balcony. Sunny, warm and relaxing.
Location couldn't be any better, on the bus route or take the ferry to the CBD. Or for the walker, bike rider or jogger, we are right on the cycle or walking path around the river to the city. Cafes', restaurants, bars and shops all within 5 minutes walk. Or simply picnic on the foreshore.

Summary: A truly wonderful house that comes with everything one could wish for. Two bedrooms equipped with comfortable beds, two bathrooms - even three toilets. A cupboard full of linen, towels and sheets. A perfect kitchen with Miele and Dyson machines including dishwasher, dryer and washing machine. The upper storey has a balcony, in front of the living room is a beautiful terrace with a view of Mitchell Park. Conveniently located to busstation (there is a an open private Garage, too) the best Pizza Restaurant in the world (privat opinion, of course) the lovely Book Cafe, the Boat Shed and just a short walk to Shopping Center and Restaurants in South Perth. Perfect for evening walks along the Swan River, quiet and friendly neighbourhood. Karen and Phil are friendly, helpful and great hosts. Nothing to complain about.

Summary: Perfect location, central to all the places that we needed to get to. Step outside and the South Perth foresaw right there to enjoy morning walks. Unit had everything that we needed and was comfortable. Hosts were available to answer any questions and provided some basics for us. Great to sit outside and see and hear the birds. Definitely on my list of places to rebook at.

Summary: This two storey villa has been renovated beautifully and fully equiped with everything you need. The outdoor entertaining area overlooks green grassed parklands and a 1 minute walk and you're at the South Perth Swan river foreshore. The location is perfect. The kitchen is fully equiped with good quality kitchen and cookware. There is fast wifi and a large flat screen tv. Communication with Karen has been great. Will hopefully return again. I highly recommed this stay.

Summary: It doesn't come better than this: Beautiful home away from home (totally quiet at night time, view right into the Mitchell Park, short walk to cafe, restaurant and Angelo or Mends Street (Shopping...)in South Perth- perfectly equipped with everything one could want - we felt at home right from the start. Karen is very friendly and absolutely helpful host - we loved every second in the house!! Grandioser Tip in South Perth: Perfekt gepflegtes Haus mit wirklich 120 % Ausstattung - ALLES was man sich nur wünschen kann, nette, gut erreichbare und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. man kann es nicht besser treffen in Perth!

Summary: A beautifully appointed house with a lovely peaceful outlook towards the river. Its a little oasis away from the hustle of the city, which is only a short drive or ferry ride away. We stayed for five days, and Karen and her husband couldn't have been more accommodating. We would stay again and thoroughly recommend it to anyone.

Summary: Great location to enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the adjacent parks and stroll along banks of the Swan River with views to Perth city. Property has excellent amenities and met our expectations in every way. Plenty of fabulous eateries and bars nearby. Access to city and other locations easy. We would like to consider this our preferred home away from home for future Perth visits. Karen was very helpful every step of the way with our reservation. Can highly recommend this property to discerning Stayerz.
