A shared house that overlooks 10 acres of bush and the harbour. You have the ground floor all to yourself, two bedrooms with 1 queen bed and 2 single beds along with your own bathroom and toilet. You are welcome to share the lounge and outside deck downstairs. It's a 4 minutes drive to the town basin, swimming pool and gym. 10 minutes to airport.
The space
Each room has built in wardrobes. There is fridge for your use if required in the laundry room.

The ground floor houses the bedrooms, laundry, bathroom and toilet. This is a no smoking and no pet property.

Summary: Very welcoming, accommodating hosts. Amazing views. Very comfortable. Guests need to be aware that, although guest bedrooms and bathroom are on entry level, there are steep stairs leading down to the living area. Also the shower over the bath requires a level of agility. This was obvious on re-reading the advertising, but important for older or less mobile guests to consider.

Summary: We were a little unsure of the shared house situation when booking, but our generous and kind hosts quickly put us at ease. Private bed, bath and toilet facilities with a shared kitchen, dining and lounge with the hosts. They were very considerate of our needs and offered every assistance when required. The area is beautiful and well located for local walks and attractions.

Summary: Great view, great coffee, peaceful and yet not far away from the city. Host was like visiting a family member. We had a great time and shared about life. Thanks for saving the wood from the fire which arrived home for my woodturning project, Ralph.
