Pets are allowed. A few golf courses around to include the very popular Southern Dunes. Queen size bed and a tween size bed in the loft overlooking the living room. Free credit card alike for your laundry needs on the first floor. Wifi internet and cable available with Spectrum. Lounge / Bar with a golf screen simulator in the Grenelefe comunity less than 5 minutes away. Very large balcony. Have another condo in the next building very similar with 2 beds. Summary: The stay got off to a rough start because the electronic key pad was dead. We were not able to enter the unit. There was also a lockbox on the door containing a key that we didn’t have access to. Tried messaging the host via the VRBO app and calling the number the host gave to contact. The number was disconnected. Called VRBO and they were able to get me directly connected to the host via the correct phone number and got the code to the lockbox for the key. The actual condo was very nice and spacious, just as advertised. The bed was relatively comfortable as well. One thing to also note is there was a boil water notice during our stay that we didn’t know about until we saw the signs posted in the community upon arrival. The host did inform us the morning after we checked in but at that point we had already found out this information on our own.

Summary: Unfortunately the the bed needs much to be desired, the linens were not fresh and the mattress was poor. The place was clean but had a wet towel hanging on the towel bar in the bathroom. And work being done on the property saws going and other tools, i understand that this was beyond the owners control.

Summary: My daughter and I stayed here for a quick trip to Legoland. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was great and the area was nice. I’m looking forward to my next visit!
