This two bedroom, one bath home features Nectar mattresses, French linen sheets in summer, organic cotton flannel sheets in winter, with organic cotton blankets year round. You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with organic spices and teas, RO water system, and natural/organic snacks. Summary: This house was so warm and welcoming. It had everything we needed. Those beds were so comfortable and much needed after long days of training for our young dancers. The owner was super communicative and responded to all requests quickly. I have one complaint- the ad said it was under 10 minutes to the venue but it was a solid 15 -- I know it's nit picky but 5 minutes in the morning is much needed when wrangling a couple of teens in the early morning. I loved the quiet, serene mornings on the deck with a cup of coffee. The rain shower was a bonus and the fully equipped kitchen made prepping meals so easy.

Summary: We had 4 adults stay for 2 nights to visit UTK for a football game. This was a great place to stay. The house was adoreable, clean, and very convenient to the university. The biggest stand out was the home owner, Kathy. She is incredibly friendly and helpful. She gave us great recommendations and helped us out with a few requests. I highly recommend staying here.
