This beautiful air-conditioned bungalow includes 2 queen bedrooms, each with own private ensuite. The queen beds have cool gel memory foam mattress toppers which provides a very comfortable, relaxing night sleep. A great room and kitchen share the central area between the 2 bedrooms. This home offers all latest appliances and amenities as shown in the pictures taken September 2024.
Bronze tinted sliding doors and windows Reflect 80% of the UV heat while allowing the light in. The Bronze mirrored tinting not only keeps the house cool but provides privacy and security.
The house includes all modern conveniences including barbeque/grill, laundry room, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave.
The front covered porch offers a shaded area ideal for dinner and drinks. Sliding doors from each bedroom lead to comfortable chairs and table for a morning seat and coffee where you can enjoy watching the many palm trees blowing in the warm breeze.
The house is equipped with Starlink internet for your use and a 55 inch smart TV.
New linens and towels are included and are continually replaced on a regular basis.
Our beautiful bungalow is only steps away to a short-deeded access path leading you to one of the most spectacular beaches on the Island. The calm waters of Ten Bay Beach offer swimming, snorkeling, bone fishing and shelling. Be sure not to miss a sunset you'll never forget.

Summary: Peaceful palms is an excellent location on Eleuthra, the house is wonderful for two couples, our adult son and his girlfreind were with us and we had plenty of room. Planning on coming back again soon. Tens Beach is a short walk away with hardly anyone on it. Highly recommend staying here.Thanks Karen and Jim for having this wonderful place.

Summary: Everything was exactly as described, just better! The rooms and porch are spacious and comfortable. Short walk to the beach is shaded and pleasant; perfect beach for small children. Walkable neighborhood with no traffic. Neighbors are very friendly and helpful. Close to groceries (Midway Cost Cutter and Island Farm are a five minute drive and a new grocery store is opening soon in Gov Harbor). We look forward to visiting again in the future.

Summary: We had a wonderful time at Peaceful Palms. It is a calm place. The house is spotless and very well equipped. The bedding is comfortable. It is easy to communicate with the owner. It is really close to a wonderful beach. We recommend this house and for sur we will go back.

Summary: At Ten Bay Beach and 4 minutes away from Groceries, Bakery and Fresh produce. House was extremely comfortable and convenient. Host was very gracious and helpful in responding to our questions. There were plenty of beach toys, chairs and snorkel gear. Water comes from a cistern and it was easy to be careful and not overdo use. There were no problems.

Summary: Beautiful property, well maintained, very quiet, short walk to a gorgeous beach. Only challenge during our stay was a very flaky power grid causing long outages 5 days out of 7. Hosts may consider back up generator.

Summary: Wonderful comfortable home with great mattresses and at the midway point on Eluethra. Minutes drive to midway convenient store that is very well stocked. 15 minutes to Governors for restaurants. Can have air conditioning or open the windows for fresh air. Snorkeling equipment, lots of beach chair choices and floats. Such a comfortable home. Would highly recommend for a couple, couples or family.
