Summary: Our family had a fantastic stay at Larry’s property. It was exceptionably clean and was stocked with everything we needed for our visit. The furniture was comfortable and there was plenty of room for our family of 6 to have our own space. It is conveniently located to Indian River, Mackinac, Harbor Springs and Petoskey. Larry is very prompt at replying to messages and we would love to rent from him again!

Summary: Property is very spacious and has everything you could need. It is quiet and is on the lake so the sunrises are absolutely beautiful. Departure instructions are easy. Would certainly stay there again. Very nice location nestled in the woods with walking trails nearby. We had a great time!

Summary: This was a great spot for our family vacation week. Excellent layout of the home, with good space & amenities. Enjoyed the sun room for playing games. Would have liked fewer trees in the yard on the water side for less acorns coming down & more sunshine. The dock is a bit dangerous due to age. Overall great location that worked well for us!

Summary: We loved this house, property and location. Truly a serene and peaceful place to stay. We stayed for a week and kept our rented pontoon boat on the dock. It was the perfect week.

Summary: We had 12 people in our group. We were very comfortable with the accommodations. We brought our pontoon boat and kayaks. Enjoyed the fishing. Hot tub was nice. Took a trip to Mackinac Island, Headlands International Dark Sky Park, and Jack Pine Lumberjack show. All were a lot of fun.
