Summary: This property is ideally situated between town and the interior of the island. A short walk (less than 10 minutes) to the ferry, restaurants and shops. Quiet neighborhood two minutes on foot to the beach. Plenty of space for a family and with a well-equipped kitchen.

Summary: We stayed with our two young boys and my parents for a week in late August. The house’s decor was charming and it was well appointed. We walked or biked everywhere - an easy walk with a stroller down to the ferry dock to meet friends or get ice cream. The school playground was super close by. The back yard was enormous and our toddler had a great time running about. Our only frustration was a broken dishwasher which meant we spent a lot more time washing dishes than we’d hoped. Would definitely recommend!

Summary: We loved our week at this well-situated cottage. A short walk to swimming in the bay, shopping and dining in town and visiting the horses and goats on the farm behind the house. We can’t wait to come back next year.

Summary: We loved our stay in this charming cottage! Plenty of space for our family of 5 and even room for the grandparents to visit for a couple of days. Perfectly situated with easy access to swimming in Casco Bay and walking into town. My kids loved visiting the horses and goats on the farm behind the property. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Summary: This house was spectacular and I would highly recommend for your stay on Peaks Island. I am very particular about rental houses and would definitely stay here again. It felt just like being at home with all the amenities. Having linens provided was a huge bonus. Plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 kids. Everything is laid out and updated beautifully. The screened in porch out back is fabulous. Close enough for a walk to town to rent bikes and ride around the island. I can’t say enough good things about this place! Do yourself a favor and stay here! You won’t have to worry about a thing.

Summary: Perfect stay at Peak-a-blue! Tara and Nat have a wonderful eye for color and decor! (Pictures don't do it justice!) The porch was a wonderful place to enjoy coffee in the morning and drinks and games at night. Quiet neighborhood with beach just down the road! We could walk to the Inn for a beverage, to the Cafe for breakfast, and to Mike's Carts to tour the island (and did)! The house was well-equipped with updated appliances, including the outdoor grill, and comfy beds! We can't wait to go back again!
