Positive: I loved every second of my stay at Pearl Mara! The kindness and attentiveness of the staff, the amazing meals, the beautiful decor…and all the special little things they did for me during my stay. My daily game drives and activities were unbelievably fun-they geared each day to what I wanted to do and delivered!!!! When I left, they made a lovely private breakfast in the garden. 50 stars all around!
Negative: Honestly, I cannot think of anything I didn’t like. Seriously-absolutely nothing to complain about at all.
Summary: I have travelled the world through the years and Pearl Mara is hands down my favorite place!

Positive: Incredible location, stunning venue, very comfortable and luxurious. Amazing service, especially Shadrack our game driver and the management team.
Negative: Lovely three-course set menus for each meal, but the portion sizes were sometimes a little small. All game drives were included in our package, but the park entrance fee is an additional expense and very high for those from outside the EAC - something to note for all visitors to the Mara.

Positive: Peal mara was excellent! super friendly staff, responsive, polite, helpful. The tent was luxurious, clean, comfortable, safe! There were people walking us back and forth in case wildlife appears in the way. Sunset and sunset views were also top. The people working there are always available to accommodate your every need. The whole place is built in respect to the surrounding nature. The safari driver, Sietoti, and Rachel, a trainee, were experienced and educated, and was able to identify every corner of Maasai Mara and provide rich information about nature and wildlife during our daily safari game drives. A truly amazing duo who made our trip unforgettable. They really took care of us. Also, the food was delicious, chef was excellent! I would definitely go back again!
Summary: Excellent stay and magical safari with the best team a traveller could have asked for!

Positive: Everything was amazing! I cannot recommend this place enough. The food, the people, the service, the experience. It was well worth the price. They truly cater to all of your needs. I will revisit this review and update with more details but in short, a hidden gem!
