Positive: The place is super nice and clean, the beds are comfortable, and the staff are super helpful. The hotel design is very pretty and gives a very good vibe for the vacation. I can’t wait for the pool to be finished so we can come back again!

Positive: Friendly staff, clean location, very accessible to Newport and cute bar/restaurant on site.
Negative: Allows dogs, there were guests who do not clean up after dogs and it was disgusting with these messes outside right near door.

Positive: The elegant simplicity of the hotel, the cleanliness. The design was well though out. It was a bonus to have a restaurant/bar on premises. Ample parking. We were visiting off season and the price was another added bonus.
Negative: There really was nothing I didn't like about this hotel.
