Summary: Easy and friendly check-in. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Used the pool and hot tub and it was never busy when we did. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly

Summary: The hotel is in need of renovation. Priced way too high considering the condition. Also, I was encouraged to download an app instead of getting a room key card. Using the app to unlock the room was tedious since I often had to try several times to get it to unlock the door. On checkout, the app didn't work either. When I went to check out in person, I stood at the counter while the staff person kept watching a video on his phone, not bothering to look up.
