Positive: Everything was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We especially liked that maid service was available daily upon request. That made things extra special. It was just a relaxed visit that my sister and I truly enjoyed!! Highly Recommended.
Negative: The restaurants could have been a little better, but we're used to the best since we’re from New Orleans. The high-end restaurant and the breakfast casual one were not up to par. But the lady at the Coffee shop had closed a moment before we arrived and reopened to serve us on a Sunday evening. Exceptional!!

Positive: I loved the upgrade we got due to our wedding despite the fact my husband was trying to surprise me getting flower petals or something on the bed but when we arrived there was not a surprise. Loved the view. Enjoyed our meal at Voyagers.
Negative: I did NOT appreciate not being notified of the construction as it wasn't as enjoyable as it could have been due to the machinery starting early in the morning waking us up. We also did not like the pizza from the pizza place within the hotel. It seemed as though it was uncooked. Went to grab a piece and it would just come off as a pile. My newly wedded husband and I only ate 1 piece each and spent $23 on a medium sized pizza to just leave it in our fridge to be thrown away.
