Summary: I stayed at Cynthia's condo for the summer and it was great! The apartment is really well furnished and all of the appliances are high quality, the apartment was clean upon move-in and communication with Cynthia was very easy. The building was also nice with an elevator and friendly neighbors. It was plenty of space for one person and would likely be comfortable for two people as well.

Summary: This 1BR is pretty much what it appears to be. It was ideal for my purposes (and my husband's for the week he was there), and was fairly priced. Being on the 6th floor it was bright with nice city views, and there is an elevator in the building. Super well-located: walking distance to all services, fun neighborhoods, restaurants, bakeries, and the most beautiful of Pacific Heights homes nearby. It's on a major busline, so I rarely needed a car (used GetAround app when I did). Kitchen is great, bathroom is small but fine. Laundry facilities in the basement are clean and well lit, operated through an app, so no coins needed. There's only 1 closet - OK for 1 person, but given the 1 month min. more hanging space would be nice, especially during a chilly wet winter (raincoats) and especially for 2 people. Maybe a coat rack at the entry, and slim wardrobe in the small bedroom? My main complaint: Several high touch areas were *not* properly cleaned: there was leftover food in a couple of the pans, and drawers/cabinets and even the shower and toilet needed attention. That was an unwelcome surprise, especially during a pandemic. The owner/host was super responsive throughout my stay and allowed me to check in one hour early, which was appreciated. But when I mentioned the cleaning issues and requested a refund of the cleaning fee, she offered to do it only in exchange for charging me for the early check-in, which she said would have cost more. First of all: there was no mention of early-check-in add'l cost at the outset. Secondly: the cleaning fee is $150, and the nightly rate around $130, so that didn't make sense. That put a sour note on an otherwise great visit, and is the reason for 4 vs. 5 stars.

Summary: Great little apartment, very comfortable, outstanding views of the city, generally easy street parking. Most of all, a fantastic location. The whole process was totally seamless.

Summary: Great apartment in a great location. Everything went smoothly at check-in and -out. The host was responsive, though I only had to contact her once in a thirty-day stay. Neighbors in the building were friendly. I would definitely recommend this apartment.
