Local rules require us to offer you the option of staying month-to-month for at least a year. Our guests are typically travel nurses or other contract employees with stays of 3-6 months, folks on internships, and digital nomads who work from "any home." Our booking term is set at 90 days to 1 year. If you pay for a stay of less than a year, you have the right to extend your stay at the same monthly rate.
