Nestled on a gracious tree-lined street, we offer a beautifully decorated family & pet friendly home. The outdoor space has a large deck with propane grill that leads to a spacious fenced-in yard with a fire pit for cool New England nights. Acton is a quiet historical community with over 1650 acres of conservation land but less than 1 hr from the City streets of Boston, Beaches of Gloucester, Snow covered ski mountains, Fall Foliage Tours and The Witches of Salem, Ma. A Year Round Destination!
Bring the whole family, including your pets to this home in the woods with a fenced yard for Fido and lots of room for fun! Our home is 1 mile from the commuter rail to Boston, MA and 2 miles to Concord, famous for Thoreau's Walden Pond (6.5 miles). Lots of conservation land nearby and off leash dog areas as well as a Children's Museum(Discovery Museum).
Our house has a 30 foot deck and firepit and is surrounded by forest on 3 sides.
Adjacent to this property is a train crossing. You may hear the signals going down but the train does not blow at this crossing. Very light sleepers are recommended to bring a white noise machine or use an app, especially in months that windows may be open.

Summary: It was a nice house. I wish I’d known about the dog fee earlier. The ad said great for dogs and nothing about 75 a night. When I emailed about the dogs was the only time she didn’t get right back to me. Overall, we only stayed two nights and were so busy we we’re barely there. Seemed nice though.

Summary: We really enjoyed the house. It was clean and had what we needed for a rental house. The description was correct and we were very comfortable in the beds. We had a couple issues stemming from the previous tenants not taking out their trash but Maria communicated with us about it and answered our questions. We would definitely come back, hopefully at a warmer time to be able to take advantage of the outdoor areas too! Thank you for a nice stay.

Summary: We had a great stay at this house. The location was perfect for connecting us with local family. The home was comfy and had plenty of room. We had one small hitch but Maria handled it asap. We’d recommend this home.

Summary: I rented this property for my two adult children and their families. Plenty of room for everyone and very cozy and comfortable. The host was fantastic to work with and we will definitely be coming back!

Summary: This property is located in a perfect spot for the “T” access and is close to Boston & a reasonable drive to the ocean. The fall colors were amazing and we felt secluded. The train passes by the house, which we enjoyed. Maria was quick to respond to messages. We did mark down a little on cleanliness as the housekeeper left trash in the master room and baby items in one of the guest rooms, but other than that, you will enjoy staying here.
