Summary: We regularly use VRBO when travelling with family or friends. Shortly after arriving my spouse remarked that this was one of the better setups we've stayed in. The home has everything you need and want, but not a lot of "extras" that get in the way. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is great. This trip was with our adult children so appreciated the privacy. We took advantage of the HOA swimming pool as well. Home was easy to get to and access process is simple. Hosts provide well organized detail on the amenities and expectations. Check out process was straightforward as well. We were visiting family in the area who were a bit amused when we told them we were staying at Sun Lakes as we're a bit younger than the demographic of the neighborhood. After we described and recommended the home and options, we shared the property details with them for future reference.

Summary: House was very well appointed, clean, quiet and cozy. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. Coffee maker was DOA, but contacted the host and they had another one there by end of day! A very pleasant stay and lovely house.
