Summary: I can't say enough great things about this space, this property, and the property manager. It is absolutely beautiful here, and has so much character. It is bright and cheerful during the day, and the layout is open and spacious. The room is quiet, the bed is very comfortable, the kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need (dishes, silverware, cookware, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.), heating and in-unit air conditioner works very well. Bathroom is adorable, and the shower is AMAZING (great water pressure!). Walk-in closet is huge. There is a washer and dryer on every floor of the building, and there is always one available to use. Garbage and recycling are just down the hall. It always feels very safe and secure. Honestly, I just love this space. It has come to feel like a "home away from home," and I'm definitely going to miss it when I leave. What has made this spot so special (aside from the character, and comfort of the space) is the landlord/property manager Maureen. She has been SO welcoming, SO responsive to any questions I have, and goes above and beyond to make me feel welcome and happy here. I wish I lived here! Finally, the location seems to be just perfect. Within walking distance of UW campus, super close to University Ave (main road here), close to a few different grocery stores (H-mart, Trader Joe's, Target, Safeway), and countless amazing local coffee shops and restaurants all within a short walking distance/scooter ride. You will love it here!
