Positive: We liked the location, you can walk to the center, there are grocery stores, coffee shops and cafes nearby. Nice area, the apartments are located in a new building, but there is a house construction going on nearby and the workers sometimes started working from 7:30 in the morning. The apartment is compact, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Negative: The bathroom in the units is spacious, but when you shower, the water leaks out of the shower onto the floor and you have to wipe up a lot of water after bathing. It was unpleasant.
Summary: Wonderful apartments in Porto.

Positive: Modern, clean, and spacious accommodation, just 20 20-minute walk from Porto city center. All the facilities you need for a comfortable stay. A lot of parking spaces near the property. Leonardo the owner is so communicative and helpful.

Positive: Although the apartment is a little out of the centre of Porto, it is an easy walk (15 mins downhill) to some of the attractions like Bolhao and the Mercado. And if you are at the riverside, the taxi fare back to the apartment is about 8 euros. There is a bus stop 50m from the apartment, too.
Summary: A great host, exceptional apartment and would recommend and use it again.

Positive: Quiet, clean, comfortable and spacious apartment. Access to the apartment was easy as we were met there on arrival. It had all the equipment that we needed for a short stay. Note that it is a long walk to the old town, the river front area and the historic places of interest. There are buses and taxis for those who prefer not to walk. A one way journey was €10 by taxi. We found plenty of things to do and would return to investigate the area further. We really enjoyed our visit to Porto.
