Relax into this perfect beach house. Just steps from Brick Beach II and the bay! This is a single family 2 story home with ample parking. Large living room with an indoor bar which leads out to a spacious patio with outdoor bar, gas grill and fire pit! Sit by the pond and listen to the blissful flowing water. The patio has a beautiful set up with multiple seating areas and is fully fenced in. We require 1 guest over 24 per every 3 guests.
Inside you will find 4 beautiful decorated bedrooms, 2 & 1/2 baths and a fully equipped kitchen. Each room has both dressers and closets, so lots of room for clothes and storage. The house is minutes away from shopping, bars, amusement parks, yet it is in one of the most peaceful areas of the Jersey Shore away from the hustle and bustle.
We take the safety of our guests very seriously, we ensure that all surfaces, door knobs, handles etc are disinfected, and the home is professionally cleaned after every stay. The perimeter of the house is surveyed by cameras to help ensure everyone's safety.

Summary: we were coming and going all week. enclosed backyard worked well for pups and walking them outside was easy. very pet friendly part of town. three block walk to beautiful brick beach and five minute car ride to the rest of our extended family in lavalette. we even rode the bikes one day. took 20 mins. too many good food options to choose from and everything we ate was great. blue sushi, colonial bakery a must, crabs claw and playa bowls for lunch. house was big and open. rooms worked well for our crew. central air and nice kitchen. very clean and ready to go. claudia was amazing. the few quick questions we had were answered immediately. plenty of parking. had everything we needed. love being able to do the laundry before heading home. would stay at this house again.

Summary: The house was fine. The outdoor spaces were really underdeveloped. The backyard was accessed by two small and cumbersome doors and narrow steps. The pavement and furniture were very uninviting and could have been so much more inviting with the addition of cushions, plantings, and perhaps outdoor carpets and working umbrellas. For the price of 7k, I thought more attention to details was warranted. Claudia was thoughtful and attentive when I asked for an umbrella. It was just too much money for the overall experience of the house.

Summary: We had a wonderful time and the house was very comfortable for us and our dog. The only thing we had issue with was the close proximity to I 35.

Summary: The property was just was listed. Beds were comfy and rooms sizes and bed numbers worked great for us. Dogs enjoyed not being able to be bound by daily walks and could enjoy the back yard. The fence was awesome so we didn't have to worry about them too. We had a good time. Our first getaway since before the pandemic. You could hear the ocean from the front and the waterway from the back. And sunsets were amazing. Open the windows for a great cross breeze especially in the loft. Which I really enjoyed the loft area. Up and away with private bath. The walk to the ocean front was short and easy. The beach was clean and not overly crowded by any means. Plenty of room to stretch out. The Jenkinson's Aquarium at the boardwalk was nice and the boardwalk was arcades and food. We made the drive to Atlantic City and to Turtleback Zoo. Zoo was very nice but beware for those handicapped. It was a bit hard for my mom. Atlantic City Baordwalk we found just wasn't our cup of tea. Just more food, arcade and amusements. If you gamble I can see the draw of it. #MontesCafe delivered something for everyone and was very friendly. #Alfredo'sPizzeriaandrestaurant was the best Italian we had. #TheOven and #Justbreakfast were great go to's for omelets and waffles and and #SilverBayBagels had a bagel for everyone. I liked the French toast myself. So fresh. #TopThatDonuts was very very pleasing for those of us that wanted a simple breakfast that was not ordinary and made in front of you. We actually ran into a lot of friendly people at the Jersey Shore. The only thing we had to get used to was much of what we wanted was closed Sunday - Wednesday. And the other days we limited hours. But we found alternatives so nothing lost. We would recommend to others to come and check out these quiet stretch of shoreline and relax. Thank you Claudia for allowing us to enjoy your wonderful house.
