Summary: I came to Rochester to visit my son and this place was perfect. It was conveniently located. I was able to get to the city quickly and easily. It was snowing the entire weekend and Robert made sure the drive was shoveled each day. I was able to get in and out with no problem. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything I needed. There were lots of dishes and pots and pans as well as grocery staples such as butter, oil , salt and pepper. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean and updated. I would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Robert's place was perfect for two people and a dog. Great neighborhood to walk the dog around with a few parks within walking distance. We cooked in the kitchen which seemed recently updated. The shower was nice. We enjoyed the local Wegmans grocery store so we can get everything we needed during our stay. Summary: This apartment is indeed a cozy little space to call "home". My husband and I stayed in it,with our dog, for a month while we visited family and friends in the area. The neighborhood is quiet, and the people are friendly. Robert is a very nice homeowner who quickly responds if a need arises to contact him. He was truly interested in our comfort during our visit.
