Summary: Everything was wonderful at this home. We had everything we needed and the property manager went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We loved using the garage and washer and dryer during our stay! Our pup loved staying here! It was a very safe neighborhood with everything you could need or want close by. Would recommend this home to anyone!

Summary: We stayed 8 nights total, and it was great from start to finish. Very gracious and communicative hosts! Some key highlights for us: - Use of the garage for our vehicle and entry into the house. - The office room with large table to use as a desk. It was a big enough desk area for both my husband and son to share, and they both really spread out when they work. :-) - The back deck was a great place for coffee. - The dining room was my favorite place to sit and work on music for our services/events with lots of sunlight coming in, and live plants in the windows. Very home-like for me. - Ceiling fans were awesome, as well as floor fans for white noise at night. - Beds were comfy and we rested well during an intense week of multiple events each day of our trip. - Beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Seriously had neighbors that waved to us from their balcony. It was so nice! - Minutes away from a nice Schnuks and Dollar General - The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals, which is very important to us. - Finally, our sweet pooch was very comfortable. We did not use the bonus room upstairs, in fact, we never even went up there until our last day. It will be a nice option for us to use next year as we may have parents with us, and our adult son can set up upstairs. We couldn't be happier with this space. It was just perfect!

Summary: We were only in town for a short weekend but we enjoyed our stay. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located. It had everything that we needed. We would definitely stay again when we come up to visit family in the area!

Summary: The house was beautiful and had everything you need. The hosts are the best ever. The neighborhood is perfect. My pets were happy with the backyard. I was close enough to go anywhere. I would give The House and Hosts an A+++

Summary: We have used VRBO and BNB many times in the past with much happiness. This new-to-us listing was truly perfect for us. Our family is growing and visiting Evansville family can require extra beds! We much prefer “homey” versus “hotel”. This house was less than 5 minutes’ drive from nearby family. Communication with host was easy. The beds were very comfortable. We all slept well. Use of garage with garage door opener was helpful especially in such frigid weather. Hot showers with good water pressure and tall shower heads were great. Open area including living room/kitchen/dining room was lovely. It was cozy! No complaints! Thank you! Hope to be back!

Summary: The property was vert nice,easy to find and very comfortable. Everything you could possibly need. We stayed for 5 days and would definitely stay again the next time we visit Evansville. The own is very easy to get in touch with. Even called to see if he could do anything to make our stay better. Highly recommended this property.
