This two-story townhome features updated modern furnishings, a rear patio with seating & propane grill, and a real wood-burning fireplace. The ground level offers an open concept with your living room, kitchen, access to the rear patio, and dining area. Queen sleeper available in the living room w/ large flat-screen TV and powder room. The 2nd level offers two master suites with queen beds, flat-screen TVs in each master, and a large semi-private balcony. Come and enjoy Rehoboth Beach for that much-needed all-season week retreat, weekend getaway, corporate retreat, winter getaway, etc. This home is available all year to rent. Affordably Priced/Great Location/Great Townhome!
LOCATION: โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹Located off the beaten path but close to everything in downtown Rehoboth Beach! This townhome is ONLY four blocks to the beach & our famous boardwalk and ONLY one block to Rehoboth Ave, where you will find five five-star restaurants, tax-free boutiques, and much more.
AMENITIES: Free Wi-Fi, full washer & dryer, and central AC/Heat. Scarborough Village has had a complete exterior makeover, two assigned parking spots, and a community saltwater pool available to guests. (Pools are typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day)
PARKING: Off-street parking for two cars.
THINGS TO KNOW: The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable in the event you cancel Streaming services only. Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a linen rental package. Each bed has a comforter/blanket, pillows, and mattress pads. One dog is permitted with a pet fee. No smoking! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the โ€œDamage Waiverโ€). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Summary: This townhome was perfect for our family of four and dog. The neighborhood was a nice surprise--quiet and lovely homes yet close to everything. We walked everywhere. The property itself was just what we needed. The kitchen had the essentials and there was enough space for all of us. A bonus is that there is a daybed in the second upstairs bedroom, which meant my two daughters each had their own bed!

Summary: The condo is ideally located in Rehoboth in a quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance from the beach, restaurants and shopping. It's clean and perfectly furnished for our needs since other family members were staying in nearby rentals. So gathering was simple as well as creating space when necessary. That flexibility was ideal for us all--especially for the teenagers! And will be used in future years!

Summary: For a property that's run by a third party management and has a lot of additional fees, It required a lot from its guests. the welcome book is huge with many instructions to follow. no toilet paper, soap, you have to pay for separate linens( which weren't nice towels.) you only get one towel and if you're a bigger person they won't fit you; and they are cheap quality. When we checked in, the place was uncleaned. The pillows and comforter were dirty and still had other peoples hair on It. For a VRBO It should have pillow and comforter protectors. You're required to put your own sheets on bed. and when you leave you have to strip the sheets, towels, trash. They want you to sweep. Im just shocked at how much they ask from their guests and they supposedly have someone who cleans It. I immediately called Remax to have the reclean our VRBO. The hairs were still on the pillows when we came back. For off season this was overpriced and not cleaned well. The updates are nice( nice shower, beds are comfy, kitchen is very nice) but not managed well in terms of cleanliness. The VRBO did the job but certainly is not the best one I've been to.
