Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this location very much! All appliances are modern and easy to use. My husband loved the three television. We took our dog for walks around the neighborhood. Neighbors were kind and friendly to us. We loved the neighborhood. We especially enjoyed three things: 1) The close proximity of Corti Brothers. Fabulous supermarket! 2) We were close enough to parks where our dog could run and play, such as McKinley Park. 3) Close to midtown and Sac State. The manager was wonderful, friendly and accessible. Very clean space with fresh linens. It was a positive experience for us and our dog,

Summary: We really enjoyed our almost 2 week stay here. The house is super cute and stocked with pretty much all the essentials. Has a large backyard and deck area which was great. The beds were comfortable and everything was great.

Summary: The house was perfect. Great location near everywhere I needed to go, and the neighborhood was cute, relaxed, lots of shade, beautiful yards and flowers. The yard was comfortable for my dog with the grass nicely mowed and cared for, a great deck, and we took beautiful bike rides and walks every day. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Summary: We were evacuated from our home due to the Mosquito Fire and stayed with friends the first few days of our evacuation... then when it was obvious we weren't going to be allowed home for a little while, we looked for a pet-friendly rental and found this one! What a find!! Super quiet neighborhood! The house is small but nicely laid out and very functional, and I was able to work remotely from the kitchen table. The yard isn't huge, but the lawn is great and we ate every meal at the table on the deck. Loved the keyless entry and being able to just immediately unload and get settled. Our host, Rumen, was friendly and extremely responsive every time I reached out. All in all, it was a great experience and was wonderful to have our own space during the stressful times of evacuation and waiting to hear if our house survived the fire. (It did!!)
