Summary: We stayed just one night for our anniversary. It was relaxing and quiet. So clean, when you walk in you can smell the cleanliness. Front desk (Misty) was amazing! She was so accommodating! We would love to stay again

Summary: It was a smooth process checking in and out. Everything was just what I needed for a short weekend stay. I will say there were some bugs, but I guess that’s to be expected when staying in the woods. Expect a pretty decent walk to the cabin from where you park. All in all, a good stay.

Summary: We loved our stay at Barefoot Hotel. There was an easy little hike up to the container house. It wasn’t bad with 2 kids (1 year old and 4 year old). My 4 year old thought it was the container was the coolest thing. We couldn’t really figure out how to work the tv but we didn’t need it. Super close to R Ranch which is why we were in Dahlonega. Also only a 10 minute drive to downtown. Super friendly staff. We will absolutely stay again!

Summary: We were only here for one night as we made a multi-state roadtrip, but we are already planning our next trip back to spend some more time at this beautiful property. The cabin is adorable and has everything you need, and the property has great features like a firepit, horseshoes, and hiking trails. The hill is steep, but worth the climb!
