3 Bedroom Place in Luther

Relax in this Super cute Historic Farmhouse style home in a quiet area with very little traffic! Only 2 blocks from a public park & local Dollar General just around the corner but you'll feel like your in the country while you watch the horses graze & the deer come up into the yard from the farm across the road ! Large fenced back yard with an extra smaller fenced yard for your furry family. Pet friendly with $25 non-refundable pet fee. Washer & Dryer & fully stocked kitchen for all your needs!
Plenty of sleeping room with Primary room Queen two bunk beds in 2nd bedroom & queen bed in 3rd. Firepit in the backyard, small carport & so many bonuses to this great place to stay! Please let me know in advance if you are bringing pet or pets. Please include how many and breeds. This IS an old farm house. It still has some quirks and some of the old house style but we hope you find it charming and comfortable! We love it - hope you do and still working on it - but always open to suggestions!

Summary: We were very surprised at all the amenities this delightful house has. This house offers so many things. Beautiful decor, roomy and comfortable family areas inside and outside, comfortable beds with perfect bedding, well stocked bathrooms and the house was decorated for Christmas. The checkin was a breeze. There is a notebook with clear instructions for everything. The only problem we had....we didn't have enough time there. We look forward to returning. Great place just off Historic Route 66.

Summary: We were in the area for a family reunion and needed a place to stay that was close to Luther. This was a perfect fit for our family! Two bedrooms are on one side of the home (1 with a queen bed and 1 with 4 bunk beds) which was great for our younger children and us. Our oldest son and his wife had the other bedroom on the other side of the house. There were plenty of towels and washcloths which isn't always the case at other properties. The decor is really cute and comfortable and the living room was great for hanging out. The property manager was easy to reach when I had questions. Definitely recommend!
