Positive: Despite the overwhelming majority of negative reviews we read online, we had an absolutely wonderful stay at Peter Pan resort. We stayed in a room with the pool and a sea view, and it was incredibly clean, comfortable, and met all of our expectations. The staff at the resort was the nicest, most accommodating staff I've ever experienced. The hospitality should be a benchmark for all resort and hotel teams to aspire to. The breakfast was phenomenal, and the dining area had a gorgeous ocean view. We couldn't have been any happier with our stay here.

Negative: Many online complain about the upkeep of the facilities, though our room and shared facilities were in great condition. The roofs of the buildings do show their age and haven't been maintained like the newer resorts, but other than that, we thought everything was wonderful.

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay at Peter Pan. The staff was the best we've ever experienced.

Positive: We loved the resort. Everything was perfect.

Negative: On our last day some people arrived, who started using our private pool (shared with 5 rooms) with their whole community (even those who had booked normal rooms) and that was very nerving. They also started to smoke under our room and all the smoke came to our room.

Positive: Location was stunning. Masseuse was very good. Layout of apartments against gardens was lovely.

Negative: We tried two rooms. The room on the first night we got little sleep as the air conditioner was playing up and spitting water on to the floor creating a slip hazard. We got moved to a different room of the same standard but aircon was good. However no compensation or upgrade for the first night. Both rooms looked tired. Cracks and chips in walls and ceiling not repaired. Where there had been patching, the repairs weren't painted over. A lot of Corrosion on fittings in bathroom. There was an odour of sewerage from the bathroom drain.

Summary: Disappointing considering the price and time and effort to get there.

Positive: Location is excellent & staff are very friendly & helpful. We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was very enjoyable. The resident cat called "Euro" is adorable.

Negative: The cleanliness of the room & bathroom was OK but can be improved on. The couch in our room needs a steam clean as it had quite a few dirty spots on it and didn't smell too "fresh".

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay and couldn't ask for a better location.
